Ideal for serious training, the Harbinger® triceps rope is a training aid for triceps, back, shoulders, and abs. It's constructed from heavy-duty coated nylon with ergonomically designed rubber ends for traction and leverage. The rope ends have an internal bearing mechanism that provides full rope rotation during training. The attached forged steel grommet hooks into any universal gym system.
